Special Announcement: Change to Satsang Format
|
|
|
Online Satsang Viewers Please Note - Darshan to be at the End of Satsang. Beginning from Saturday 30 January 2010, the Satsang format will change so that Darshan (meeting Swamiji and Devi Ma) will be at the end of the programme. The new format will be:
- Chant
- Swamiji’s Talk
- Meditation
- Darshan
We have received many emails from our internet viewers that darshan in the middle of the programme makes online viewing difficult. In response to this Swamiji has decided to experiment with darshan at the end of the programme. Thus, viewers will be able to watch the chant, a short darshan for children, Swamiji’s talk and meditation before darshan happens. We hope this will enhance the live viewing experience. __________________________________________ Satsang live on the internet www.shivayoga.com.au Broadcast begins at 7:30pm every Saturday.

Shiva Yoga Workshop: Understanding Bullying An Information Session for Parents & Teachers 11am - 12:30/1pm
I think it is very important for parents to teach their children “second education”, or inner world education. This includes the ability to communicate effectively and to live harmoniously with others. It is because of this that I have invited Michael to offer his workshop on understanding bullying to the Shiva Yoga parents and teachers. It will be a very successful presentation.
Swamiji
Michael Shaw is a counsellor and the head of Inside Out Educational Programs, which teaches about bullying to parents, students and teachers at schools around Melbourne. Cost is $15 ea / 25 both parents. Click here for more information.
